The loneliness is represented by the wheelbarrow through an absence of context. Wheelbarrows are often used for farm work and this wheelbarrow is not involved with that, it's just sitting there in the rain next to chickens. Since it's just sitting there it is absent from farm work. I agree, it's a very thorough interpretation.
He explains how loneliness is a part of or nature and how the wheelbarrow is used for farmwork, and when the wheelbarrow was just sitting in the remain next to the chickens, it was missing that state of being used for farm work . Personally I do agree with his analogy, he gave a really good metaphor
The wheelbarrow is standing alone in the rain. This shows individuality, but individuality is loneliness. Individuality is a part of the world and that can be good but the grim side of it is that it is also loneliness.
